• Shipping Address if different than the Billing Address
• If your billing address is a Post Office Box #, please provide a street address. UPS/FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box.

• Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, 3 or 4 Digit Card Security Code (CVV2#)
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express
• Tax ID # if available

Our web site is secured through the shared security of CoreCommerce. Your billing & shipping addresses, email and password and previous orders are stored for easy access and ordering the next time you shop. For your added protection, Credit Card information is NOT STORED on our shopping cart. It is only used to process the order you are placing in our secure section.
